Seated Dinner Menu

Per guest prices include tax, gratuity and beverages of iced tea or soft drink. Guests will make entrée and dessert selections the day of the event. Customized menu options are available and priced upon request.

Note: These are base menu prices and space minimums do apply–dependent on date and time of your event. Please contact the restaurant for further details specific to your event needs.

Menu 1: $44 per guest

Sensation Salad*
Romaine lettuce tossed with light olive oil, lemon juice, tomatoes, feta cheese and kalamata olives

Entrée Choices (guests will select 1 of the following):
Shrimp & Grits
Sautéed shrimp in a tasso cream sauce, served over Superior grits

Tchoupitoulas Chicken
Fresh double-breasted chicken grilled and topped with crawfish tasso cream sauce and smoked mozzarella cheese, served with sautéed broccoli and whipped potatoes (non-seafood option with sauce modification)

Blackened Fish Napoleon
Fresh fish filet blackened, topped with crawfish étouffée, served with whipped potatoes and corn maque choux

Our version of a New Orleans favorite with both a sweet whiskey sauce and vanilla bean caramel sauce, topped with whipped cream
