Seated Brunch/Lunch Menu

These options available on Saturdays & Sundays only. Per guest prices include tax, gratuity, setup and beverages of iced tea or soft drink. Guests will make entrée and dessert selections the day of the event. Customized menus are available and priced upon request.

Note: These are base menu prices and space minimums do apply–dependent on date and time of your event. Please contact the restaurant for further details specific to your event needs.

Menu 1: $24 per guest

Entrée Choices (guests will select 1 of the following):
Shrimp & Grits
Sautéed shrimp in a tasso cream sauce, served over Superior grits

Hangover Potatoes
Hand-cut hash browns topped with Monterrey Jack and Parmesan cheeses, BBQ butter, two poached eggs and choice of bacon or cochon de lait, finished with Creole hollandaise sauce

Cochon de Lait Benedict
Braised pork shoulder set on a biscuit, topped with two poached eggs and Creole hollandaise sauce, over Superior grits or hash browns

Tchoupitoulas Chicken
Fresh chicken breast grilled and topped with crawfish tasso cream sauce and smoked Mozzarella cheese, served with grilled asparagus and whipped potatoes (Non-seafood option if prepared without crawfish)

Dessert Choices (guests will select 1 of the following):
Bread Pudding

Our version of a New Orleans favorite with both a sweet whiskey sauce and vanilla bean caramel sauce, topped with whipped cream

Profiteroles
Light, airy pastries filled with vanilla ice cream, topped with a rich chocolate ganache!

Menu 2: $27 per guest

Entrée Choices (guests will select 1 of the following):
Big Easy BBQ Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp, prepared New Orleans style, in shells, in a peppery butter sauce, served with French bread

Tchoupitoulas Chicken
Fresh chicken breast grilled and topped with crawfish tasso cream sauce and smoked mozzarella cheese, served with grilled asparagus and whipped potatoes (Non-seafood option if prepared without crawfish)

Oysters Benedict
Lightly fried Gulf oysters set on two poached eggs and a fried green tomato, topped with Creole hollandaise sauce and served with Superior grits or hash browns

Eggplant Atchafalaya
Lightly fried eggplant, topped with tomato Rockefeller, two poached eggs and Creole hollandaise sauce, served with Superior grits or hash browns
