Seated Lunch Menu
Per guest prices include tax, gratuity, setup and beverages of iced tea or soft drink. Guests will make entrée and dessert selections the day of the event. Customized menus are available and priced upon request.
Note: These are base menu prices and space minimums do apply–dependent on date and time of your event. Please contact the restaurant for further details specific to your event needs.
Menu 1: $28 per guest
Entrée Choices (guests will select 1 of the following):
Shrimp & Grits
Sautéed shrimp in a tasso cream sauce, served over Superior grits
Soup & Salad
Choice of Gumbo or Crawfish & Crab Bisque and a Sensation Salad topped with either grilled shrimp or chicken
Shrimp or Oyster Po-Boy
Shrimp or oyster po-boy served dressed with house-cut French fries
Dessert Choices (guests will select 1 of the following):
Bread Pudding
Our version of a New Orleans favorite with both a sweet whiskey sauce and vanilla bean caramel sauce, topped with whipped cream
Profiteroles
Light, airy pastries filled with vanilla ice cream, topped with a rich chocolate ganache
Menu 2: $31 per guest

Shrimp & Grits
Sautéed shrimp in a tasso cream sauce, served over Superior grits
Tchoupitoulas Chicken
Fresh double-breasted chicken grilled and topped with crawfish tasso cream sauce and smoked mozzarella cheese, served with sautéed broccoli and whipped potatoes (non-seafood option with sauce modification)
Blackened Fish Napoleon
Fresh blackened fish filet, topped with crawfish étouffée, served with whipped potatoes and corn maque choux
