In 2011, Superior Seafood participated in Audubon Zoo’s largest fundraising event, Whitney Zoo-To-Do. The annual event is a local favorite, featuring top live entertainment, premium cocktails and delicious cuisine from local eateries. Superior Seafood served popular menu items, including Shrimp Andouille Brochettes with dirty rice and Frozen Pomegranate Mojitos, both of which were favorites of the evening.
2011 Zurich Classic of New Orleans
Superior Seafood joined the PGA Tour’s best players, along with golf enthusiasts, at The Zurich Classic of New Orleans. Menu items including Boudin Eggrolls, Frozen Pomegranate Mojitos, and Regular Frozen and Rocks Mojitos proved to be a hole in one!
AAU Junior Olympics 2011
Superior Seafood was proud to serve fresh Louisiana seafood at the AAU Junior Olympic Games in New Orleans. Chef Justin Ferguson served more than 2,000 young Olympic hopefuls, and their families, Shrimp and Crab Maison and Shrimp Remoulade to give them a true taste of the South. The athletes were competing for a chance to attend the 2012 Olympics.
